Canadian Ginseng makes a delightful addition to your dinner table, and works perfectly in most stirfry recipes. Some people add Ginseng Root Powder to their marinade, but we prefer it diced finely and added with your veggies.
2 tsp Canadian Ginseng Root, diced finely
Marinate your meat, meat substitute or tofu in a marinade of your choice.
Heat oil in wok or fry pan, add meat or tofu, and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Reserve marinade.
Add vegetables and sauté briefly. Add diced Canadian Ginseng Root and sauté for 1 min. Add reserved marinade or sauce. Sauté for 2-3 minutes; until marinade is well heated through.
Serve over rice.
