The Association’s current standards for use of the Logo are:

- Any packaging or container on which the Logo is placed must
- contain as its primary ingredient, by weight and volume, Ontario ginseng grown by a ginseng grower that is a member of the Association, and
- not contain any panax quinqefolium grown in any other jurisdiction.
These certification standards may be amended, added to, deleted or repealed (in whole or in part) by the Association from time to time in its sole discretion, with each such change to be effective when posted on the website then maintained by the Association.
